How we collect your information?
Personal data is collected when you enquire about our products;
• Through the website
• Over the phone
• From the showrooms/exhibitions
• We also receive information from third parties such as door and window system manufacturers, from whom you have requested more information on our products and services.
What information we collect?
In order for us to provide a quotation we require the following details; your forename and surname, email address, postal address and telephone number(s). We also gather other information such as which products you are enquiring about and information regarding your project.
How do we use this information?
The information collected will be added to our customer database and will be used to assist with our service to you; firstly, to inform you of events, new products and special offers and secondly, to provide you with a quotation/product information as requested by you.
We will then follow up with you using the personal information you have provided, but those customers who place an order with us, personal and order information needs to be retained for up to 10 years in case any warranty claims are subsequently submitted to us (warranties are largely for 10 years)
Informational e-mails / newsletters
We do not currently send out e-mails or regular communications other than those related to your specific project enquiry. Should we at any point in the future be considering sending a newsletter or other sales communications out, we will seek your confirmation in advance on an opt in basis to receive communications.
How do we protect personal information?
We take the appropriate measures to ensure your personal information is kept accurate, up to date and secure with a view to preventing any unauthorised access to your data. We only keep it for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is intended. We do not supply this information to any other companies other than our own approved suppliers for the purpose of facilitating your order.

Your information will not be passed on to a third party, unless it is for the purpose of completing your quotation or order. Where we use third parties, we will make sure there are appropriate controls in place.
